The International Stock Exchange or ISE will make money by taking a 1.5% commission on each trade. Purchases of IPO shares will be exempt from this commission. Any company listing an IPO will be charged a 1% listing fee.

Listing rules will be strict to protect the investor as much as possible. All investments have risks and you may lose money. Companies that list on the exchange may have fraudulent intentions. It is our goal to weed these out as much as possible.
