Everyone’s better and I am working!
Just a quick update on orders …
kim @ wsk
2 Sanity Pants - done
4 Track Pants - done
2 pocket pants - working (pants cut; will sew tonight)
kimsansf
Applique Pants - working (pants and applique cut; will sew tonight)
tina
Sanity Pants waistband - working (old waistband gone, new waistband cut; will sew tonight)
Will try to update the little graphy things on the right tonight, but I’d rather be sewing.
Changes are coming! I will not be stocking anything else for the rest of the year so I can finish up my last custom orders and prepare for some serious changes to SLB for 2009.
I plan on having all customs finished this week, and then the next 3 weeks will be reserved for store changes and new products. I am very excited about what is in the works!
And in the words of Bartles & Jaymes … thank you for your support.

I’ve got an upper respiratory infection, sinus infection and bronchitis, so I’m not getting much done these days. I’ve already emailed everyone who is waiting on items from me, but I just thought I’d post it here in case you don’t hear from me for a couple of days.
I hope that my 2 meds kick in soon so I can get back to work - as of now, I can’t go 2 minutes without coughing my dadblamed head off, so I’m just trying to rest and get better.
Thanks for understanding!!

This is where I have been the past 3 days …

So I’m a couple of days behind on orders, but I hope to have them all completed this week. I will not be doing instock for a few weeks, so this will give me more time to focus solely on customs.
Thank you for your understanding!
I’m stocking some over at iCrave today at noon!

Seems our home internet is in and out today, so I’m posting from my Blackberry to let you all know what’s going on in case I don’t answer emails right away.
Thanks,

Thinking about doing a photo contest when I get the rest of these customs done. I just haven’t seen enough kiddos in fleece around here. Thoughts?
Speaking of, I finally made my kid a pair of Babytush pants this past weekend …

That is her only current pair that fits. Although she does have about 4 unfinished pairs that I hope to get to one day soon.

Okay, I brought back the status update bars on the side of the blog. Over there —>
One quick glance will give you an idea of what I’m doing with your order. And I will do my best to keep it updated daily.
I’m still unsure about putting names on my blog — I’ve done it before, but I think I’m going to start using initials everywhere. I am okay with putting myself out there, but I’m not sure if others are. Even just their first name. So to protect the privacy of my clients, I will use only initials from here on out.
Also, just to be clear, the other acronyms I use are …
YPS - you pick size
YPI - you pick inseam
I may even use SP’s for Sanity Pants from time to time if I’m really in a hurry.
Okay, break’s over - back to sewing before Little Miss wakes up.
The world of work-at-home-moms in cloth diapering is a small world, and while I don’t know every WAHM individually, I feel like I have a kinship with them all.
I am so very sad to report that a fellow WAHM, Colleen of Spiffy Knits passed away this morning from cholangiocarcinoma, a rare form of liver cancer. She leaves behind her husband and 2 children, ages 2 and 5.
Please lift up her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers. And go spend some extra time with your kids giving them hugs and kisses and cuddles.
Tiny Lady Cooperative is having a Celebrating Colleen fundraiser from October 28 through November 4, so save your money for what I’m sure will be a breathtaking stocking from some extremely talented WAHMs.
