To ensure that your fleece items remain as pill-less as possible, please wash them with your regular clothing and hang to dry. You may use fabric softener or dryer sheets on your fleece.

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. I will accept Revolution Money Exchange (RME) on a limited basis, but you must contact me after purchasing so that I can send a money request to you. At this time, I am not accepting check, cash, or money orders.

For instock items, payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or the item will be relisted unless you have made previous arrangements with me.

For custom items, I will send an invoice, and payment must be received within 24 hours of my sending this invoice. If you cannot pay within those 24 hours, please contact me for other arrangements.

All instock items will ship to US locations within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation through Paypal. If you need to have something shipped to a different address, please change the address in Paypal while making your payment.

Insurance is recommended and will always be available for purchase at checkout for domestic purchases. Sugarlump Boutique will not be held responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged or lost in the mail. Purchasing insurance will protect you from any loss.

Due to gas prices and the fact that I am a mom to a one year old, I go to the post office only once or twice a week. I will always do my best to ship international packages within 2-4 business days.

If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact me, and I will do my best to correct the situation. Returns and exchanges will be granted at my discretion.

Stalking for someone else is completely allowed at Sugarlump Boutique. However, there are some rules.

For custom slots, I simply ask that the person who wins email me immediately after you have won the item with the buyer's email address so that I can contact them. PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR THE ITEM!

For instock items, the winner may either email me with the buyer's email address so that I can forward the invoice to them. Or the winner can pay for the item and change the shipping address, if you have pre-arranged it with the buyer. However, if you win something for someone and pay for it, I am not responsible if they do not pay you back.
